Returns
Product Guarantee
We guarantee all our products. You may return any item purchased from Alpha Health Omega for any reason for an exchange or refund.
RETURNS:
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the date you received it.
After 30 days, returns will not be accepted.
Unopened Product:
- A full refund will be issued for the cost of the product if the item is returned within 30 days of receipt.
Opened Product:
- A store credit will be issued for the cost of the product if the item is returned in an open condition within 30 days of the date of receipt.
- Store credits expire one year after the date of issuance.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@alphahealthomega.com.
